Setting The World Stage For France

Mary Has A Gun is French band that blends the styles of pop and rock together to create music that is both catchy and energetic. In October 2010, the band released their first album entitled ‘PM’, which ranked number one in the iTunes top 10 for several weeks. With Mary Has A Gun’s first album success, it granted them the opportunity to travel on tour around Europe, headlining with All Time Low, New Found Glory, Four Year Strong and Young Guns.
However with PM being written in French, they decided to break the language barrier and compose the album in English, releasing it in 2012 under a Japanese label called “Bullion”. In January 2013 the band flew to Montreal to record their new full-length album with Canadian producer Luc Tellier. With influences such as Billy Talent, Paramore and Incubus, they created a mix or solid and original drum patterns, combined with catchy melodies and rich-coloured guitar chords.
Fast forward to July and Mary Has A Gun have released their first track titled “Hypnotized”. This catchy song is a release from their new and upcoming EP titled “Pendulum”.
