RAW FUDGE

These little fudge bars are packed full of energy, and are perfect if you’re looking for an energising, feel-good snack that’s simple to make. Beware, once you have one you may want a few more.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of melted coconut oil
2 cups nut butter (macadamia, almond)
1 cup raw cacao
1 cup of sweetener (honey,agave,maple syrup)
1/4 cup of goji berries
1/4 cup of Linseeds
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds (papitas)
1/4 cup of raw coconut flakes
METHOD
1. Melt coconut oil in a saucepan on very low heat as it melts quickly.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor put in pan and let set in fridge or freezer until hard.
3. Enjoy!
NOTES
You can substitute the almond butter for peanut butter, as almond butter is quite expensive. It will still taste delicious but will be a little bit higher in fat content.
